Dr. Jielin Wang is a compassionate and dedicated dentist committed to providing comprehensive, personalized dental care in Washington, DC. She believes that excellent dentistry begins with listening to her patients, understanding their concerns and goals, and creating treatment plans that are both clinically sound and tailored to each individual.
Dr. Wang earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Boston University. Following dental school, she completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at Wichita State University. During her residency, she received comprehensive, advanced training across all areas of dentistry while working closely with specialists in multiple disciplines. This experience gave her a broad clinical foundation and the ability to approach each patient's dental needs from a comprehensive perspective.
Dr. Wang also earned her Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the University of Virginia. Her background in public health complements her clinical training and reinforces her commitment to preventive care, patient education, and long-term oral health.
Known for her thoughtful and patient-centered approach, Dr. Wang takes the time to understand her patients' concerns and explain treatment options, procedures, expected outcomes, and preventive strategies so that patients can feel informed and confident about their dental care.
